Craig Karl Allen

Background of an Injury Lawyer in Bellingham - Craig Karl Allen was born in Prosser Washington and is the middle of 3 children. His parents moved to Warden Washington when the Corp of Engineers built the East Low Canal bringing irrigation to the Columbia Basin.
Craig began working since the age of 5 weeding sugar beets on his family farm. Most of his youth was spent tending the potatoes, wheat, peas and alfalfa crops; also raising cattle. Craig estimates he has spent over 5,000 hours on a tractors and other farm related equipment.
He graduated from Warden High School and attended CBCC on a football scholarship. His sophomore year he transferred to Western Washington University where he graduated with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Ethic Studies. While at Western he always worked concurrently; jobs included: “Guy Friday” at Sudden Valley Golf Course, building grain elevators, installing climate control systems for produce storage sheds, bartending, and installing irrigation systems for large commercial farms.
Craig received his law degree from UPS school of law (now Seattle University) in 1981. He returned to Bellingham opening his solo practice for four years before joining the Law Firm of McCush, Kingsbury, O’Conner, Ludwigson, Thompson and Hayes. In 1988 he joined forces with the Washington Attorney General office representing the Department of Labor and Industries which inspired him in 1996 to form his current office at 1900 D St.Craig has been married to his wife Karen for 31 years and they have two daughters Mallory and Mackenzie.

Kim Davey

Kim grew up in Mt. Vernon, Washington where she graduated from high school and went on to attend Skagit Valley College. Following receipt of an AA Degree from Skagit, Kim moved to Bellingham, where she continues to reside today, with her husband.
Kim has worked in the legal field for 25 years, specializing in Workers Compensation. She has been employed with the Allen Law Firm since 1996. During her leisure time, Kim enjoys time with friends and family and often visits local area parks with her dogs.

Shawna Frolich

Shawna grew up in Bellingham, and attended Bellingham High School and Whatcom Community College. She has over 11 years in the medical field specializing in Labor and Industries patients before coming to work for Allen Law Firm in 2008. Shawna loves outdoors, cooking, and most of all “family time” with her husband, 3 children and 2 grandsons.

Priscilla Wallis

Cilla is originally from England and immigrated to the U.S. with her family. She attended school in Michigan and California, later returning to England, where she turned to life as a sailor. Cilla sailed a 26′ Sloop with her cat and a friend, from England to the Caribbean. She later moved to Washington State, where she now resides with her dog Bliss, in Whatcom County. Cilla enjoys spending time and traveling with her group of Red Hat Society ladies.
Cilla has an extensive experience as a bookkeeper, having worked for multiple types of businesses and with various computer and bookkeeping programs. She has been employed with the Allen Law firm for the past 9 years.

Personal Injury Paralegal

Sheila Rowe

Shela graduated from high school in Billings, Montana. She came to Bellingham in 2003 from the Denver area where she lived for ten years and attended Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her 12 years of experience working in the medical field gave her first hand experience with injured workers and accident victims on an intimate level. Now, she comes to Allen Law Firm to advocate for the compensation of the physical, emotional and financial losses of her clients.

Sheila enjoys family celebrations with her grown children, sister’s family and parents who all live in Bellingham. She’ll be a 1st time grandma in 2019! She also enjoys camping, reading, sunning, and motorcycle trips.

Jana Zook

Jana grew up in Bellingham and attended Sehome High School until her sophomore year when she relocated to Ferndale. She has been working for Allen Law Firm since March 2015 where she started as the receptionist and was quickly promoted to legal assistant.

Jana enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends. She loves her job, co-workers, and our clients here at Allen Law Firm.

Kendra Nicholas

Kendra was born and raised in Bellingham. She graduated from the New Mexico Academy for the Healing Arts in 2012 and moved home to obtain her license to practice. She started working at Allen Law firm in April of 2016 when an attempt for an internship was more than she bargained for. Kendra enjoys dancing, paddle boarding and spending time with her family, longtime friends, husband Sam, 5-year-old son Jack and dog Jamie.

Kayla grew up in Snohomish County. She attended WSU for nursing, later studying Real Estate and practicing in Bellingham. She has lived in Bellingham for the past five years and enjoys it tremendously. She spends her spare time reading, traveling, cooking and enjoying time with her family; Rob, Piper, baby Mosley and her fur babies.
